Martin has extensive property experience with over 30 years exposure in all facets of the development cycle from site identification & feasibility through to delivery and disposal.

Martin has been directly involved and responsible for acquisition and delivery of some of Perth’s landmark projects comprising commercial, residential and mixed use developments. Martin has acted as both principal and consultant on behalf of institutional and large private investors.

Prior to establishing DMG Property, Martin worked for Brookfield Multiplex as a Regional Director for 11 years.

Prior to this role Martin spent 10 years working abroad on major real estate projects throughout Asia, in particular Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Lyle has a broad mix of development experience having played key roles in a number of high profile Western Australian developments ranging from large mixed use developments to significant urban renewal projects.

Lyle is known for his ability to develop clear strategies for complex developments, providing concise direction to investors, stakeholders, consultants and contractor teams.

He has strong communication, financial and budget management skills. Lyle’s strength is high density urban renewal development which includes master planning, interrelated planning, environmental approvals and infrastructure delivery processes.

Prior to starting at DMG Property, Lyle was a company Director and major shareholder of NS Projects Pty Ltd one of WA’s leading project management consultancy firms.
