Martin is one of Perth’s most experienced specialist advisors in the property development market. Having spent more than 30 years across all facets of the development cycle, from site identification & feasibility through to delivery and disposal.
Being directly responsible for the acquisition and delivery of some of Perth’s landmark projects, across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, Martin is well positioned to ensure the successful completion of your project. Acting as both principal and consultant on behalf of institutional and large private investors, Martin has the skills and expertise to represent your interests.
Prior to establishing DMG Property in 2013, Martin worked for Brookfield Multiplex as a Regional Director for 11 years. He also spent 10 years working abroad on major real estate projects throughout Asia, in particular Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Lyle Robertson

Lyle has spent the last two decades in key roles, ensuring the delivery of
high-profile West Australian developments, ranging from mixed-use to significant urban renewal projects.Drawing on his broad development experience, Lyle is known for his ability to develop clear strategies for complex developments, providing concise direction to investors, stakeholders, consultants and contractor teams.
Lyle’s experience has seen him specialise in high density urban renewal development including master planning, interrelated planning, environmental approvals and infrastructure delivery processes. This has led him to develop strong expertise in financial and budget management, coupled with excellent communication, to support the successful delivery of multifaceted projects.
Prior to commencing at DMG in 2015, Lyle was a company Director and major shareholder of NS Projects Pty Ltd one of WA’s leading project management consultancy firms.
